This is it! Our last day open. We’ll be discounting things throughout the day/night. We will likely run out of some things as the day progresses. We’ll be open till midnight. We hope you’ll come through to have one last meal, and maybe a couple drinks with us before we go. We love you Tacoma. Cheers!

Hi everyone. So this is a really difficult thing to write. I wanted more than anything to create a space that I would love to go to. A place that reflects who I am. I feel that was done, and I’m really proud of what the team here and I built. But, I have children to feed, and I’m running out of money. My kids and their security, and my ability to spend time with them is more important than anything. I tried to do this without a partner, here or at home. That was a mistake. But it was definitely a learning experience. I’m heartbroken to close the doors of the Blue Rose, but I must do what’s best for my family and my own mental health and well being. I’m sorry to my staff, who have been incredibly understanding. I appreciate you all with all my heart. Thanks all. It’s been a wild ride

Three new sandwich recipes! We’ve added a little heat and switched up some flavors in our menu.
Starting with slide 2: the Pigmalion;
Prosciutto and Brie with an Apple Horseradish Jam and mixed greens on a warm rustic roll.
Slide 3: Forager, a vegan sandwich;
Sliced Wild Mushroom Field Roast, mixed greens, melted Chao “cheese”, sautéed onions and peppers; with a creamy Chipotle spread, served warm on a rustic roll
Slide 4: the Firebird;
Roasted turkey piled on to a mix of bacon habanero jam, goat cheese, and mayo; served on a rustic roll
They are delicious! Come give them a taste! Cheers!
