It is with a heavy heart that we must say that 3uilt will be permanently closing, with our final day of service will be this Sunday, January 1st. We’ve loved providing something different and special in the Tacoma food scene for the past few years, but it’s no surprise that the past couple years have been hard for many restaurants. Sadly, we are no different.
We are beyond thankful for our amazing staff for helping to keep us moving in a very difficult time, but our adventurous and loyal customers ultimately gave us the drive to keep going as long as we have. To provide options like keto, vegan, oysters, and charcuterie, while also showcasing comfort food mainstays – we hope we lent a little spark to what people can expect from a meal out in Tacoma.
If you could come see us out, this weekend, we’d love to go out with a bang. Please bring a friend or two and tip the staff well, as they are the magic that kept 3uilt growing for so long.
