Our new VT Dinner Specials celebrate Vermont's fall harvest with dishes made from fresh, local ingredients:

🥩 Maple Brown Butter Roasted Pork - $26
A 14oz Frenched bone-in pork chop, roasted with fresh herbs and finished with Georgia Farms and Cabot maple brown butter, served with house starch and vegetable.

🦀 Mediterranean Crab Pink Pesto - $36
Maine lump crab tossed in our house-made pink pesto sauce, served over Mediterranean vegetable ravioli (nut-free pesto).

🥗 Greek Salad with Grilled Shrimp - $21
