OCTOBER HAS OFFICIALLY TAKEN OVER THE ARCHIVES. 👻🍸🎸🕹️
And it brought UVM Family Weekend with it.
Which means Burlington is full of parents, students, fall foliage, and the beautiful sound of someone else’s credit card hitting the bar. 😂
We’ve got a BIG weekend:
We’re drinking our way through spooky season with:
🌹 Death & Roses — gin, Drambuie, rosewater, pomegranate, honey, lemon & rhubarb bitters ~Floral, tart & dangerously easy to drink.
🍊 Blood Orange Spritz — Aperol, ginger, blood orange, allspice dram & Prosecco ~Bright, bubbly & basically fall pretending it’s still summer.
💜 Purple People Eater — rum, blueberry, lime, pomegranate & cranberry bitters ~Fruity, tart, purple & just weird enough.
🥃 Clarified NY Sour — wh***ey, lemon, simple, bitters, spices & a red w**e float ~Smooth, spiced & dressed up for spooky season.
☕ Frozen Hot Chocolate — vodka, Baileys, chocolate, crème de cacao, almond milk & marshmallows ~Adult hot chocolate. Except frozen. And boozy. Obviously.
Basically, October in a glass. Several glasses, actually.
And because drinks are only part of the chaos…
🎸 TONIGHT — The Lloyd Tyler Band makes their FULL BAND Archives debut.
🔥 SATURDAY — Dex Leatherman returns. Fan favorite. Archives favorite. Always a good time.
🕹️ GAME OF THE MONTH: CENTIPEDE
We’re throwing it all the way back to the original arcade classic. No fancy graphics. No complicated rules. Just a trackball, mushrooms, a rapidly descending centipede and the sudden realization that your parents may actually be better at video games than you are.
So bring Mom. Bring Dad. Buy them a Death & Roses. Challenge them to Centipede. Let them tell you how much drinks cost in 1982.
Then order another round on their tab. 😏
Happy UVM Family Weekend. 💚💛
Spooky drinks. Live music. Vintage games. Questionable decisions.
