I have to say, of all the seasonal items we get to enjoy, August tomatoes are my favorite. In addition to half price bottles of w**e and a free soup or salad with any entree today, you can also enjoy this heirloom tomato salad topped with pan fried mozzarella and pesto ($11), definitely one of my favorites. Hello from your friendly neighborhood food emporium (Pejzas), couple specials to share with you, tonight is half price bottles of w**e with a free soup or salad to accompany any entree purchase, and our daily feature will be the burrito bowl, sounds like date night to me. For tomorrow I'm currently seasoning up these gorgeous short ribs for a 24 hour dry rub, then a hard sear followed by a soft braise so they'll be just right for dinner service over cheddar grits with collared greens, then on Friday in addition to our wild caught b**r battered cod, we'll also be offering up our shrimp n grits, followed of course by Prime Rib Saturday evening, guess we'll be seeing you soon at Pejzas! 26444 Edison Rd 574-233-9542

Well today we're featuring both our wild caught Icelandic Cod hand dipped in our house b**r batter over those crispy golden brown and delicious hand cut fries, or enjoy this pan seared blackened catfish over Spanish rice with house braised beans, roasted vegetables, and pineapple mango relish, when asked to describe this, I usually rely on scrumdiddelyumptious.
