It is with great sadness that we share the passing of longtime Club member Charles “Chuck” Sheneman, who passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 84.

Chuck was a familiar face around the club for many years and was a friend to so many of our members. His presence, laughter, and love for the club will be deeply missed.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff, and membership of Bowlers Country Club, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Chuck’s family and friends during this difficult time.

Please keep his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers as they celebrate a life well lived.

🚨 WE’RE HIRING – WEEKEND BARTENDERS & CLUB STAFF 🍻

Bowlers Country Club is looking to add a few dependable people to our team immediately!

We’re currently seeking individuals who are available for weekend shifts and enjoy working with members and golfers in a fun, fast-paced environment.

🕒 Available Weekend Shifts:
• Saturday Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Saturday Evening: 2:30 PM – Midnight
• Sunday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

💰 Starting Pay: $10/hour + tips

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Licensed (or willing to obtain)
✔️ Bartending or customer service experience preferred
✔️ Friendly, dependable, and professional
✔️ Comfortable checking in golfers, assisting members, handling transactions, and bartending

⛳ This position is much more than pouring drinks. Our bartenders are the first point of contact for members and guests, helping check in golfers, answer questions, process payments, and provide excellent customer service throughout the club.

🔄 Additional opportunities may be available for fill-in shifts, outings, tournaments, special events, vacations, and other scheduling needs.

We’re looking to hire multiple people and fill these positions as soon as possible.

🔞 Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Hours Reminder 🇺🇸

Bowlers Country Club will be open on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2026, from 8 AM – 5 PM.

⛳ Last cart rental will be at 3:30 PM.

As we enjoy the holiday weekend, we would also like to take a moment to thank and remember all those who have served our country. ❤️🤍💙

This weekend, the golf course will be closed on May 16th and May 17th to accommodate the Bowlers Cup and Relay outing on Saturday, and the Sunday league and Bowlers Cup day 2 on Sunday. Sorry for any inconvenience.
