Since 2012 our mission has always been to provide you with the best selection of local, small production wines and Independent California craft beer, paired with great hospitality. The Good Life is located in the Danish Village of Solvang, in the heart of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. At the corner of First and Mission Dr. , just a few steps down into a true underground cellar filled with some
of the best local, hard to find, limited production wines made by some of the best winemakers in our region. We hand select every wine, we tour our local vineyards, we taste each selection and work with each winemaker. There are over 1,100 independent craft breweries in the state of California, more than any other state in the nation and while you won't find them all here, all the time, you will find a steady rotation of some of the best beer produced by these breweries year round, each one hand selected by us. The Good Life is a hybrid of sorts; part bottle shop, part tasting room, part bar. You can purchase bottles to go while visiting the shop, or online. You can sit and enjoy a glass in our cozy underground cellar or on our quaint outdoor patio (all guests must be 21+). Our selections are constantly rotating so you will always find something new and delicious. Whether you are new to wine and/or craft beer, or you are a long time enthusiast, we are here to assist you in your selections in a place that is comfortable and inviting.
