The Bubble Shack The Bubble Shack features Fesstivity & Siblling Bubblery sparkling wines, a collaborative effort for Parker siblings Eli Parker and Ashley Parker Snider.

Ashley is a long-time fan of "bubbles" and Eli relishes every opportunity to tap into his winemaking roots and get back in the cellar. Their first release of the Fesstivity Blanc de Blancs and Brut Rose have proven to be a great expression of their shared vision of fresh and exciting wines from the finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards in the Sta. This Saturday, February 7th all day long, is the perfect opportunity for Bubble Club members to pick up their new wine shipment and hang out with fellow members at our first bubble club social! The Bubble Trailer will be on property for a festive photo opportunity, plus cookie decorating will be available for a little hands on fun, and Vin X will be onsite with food available for purchase. We’re delighted to announce the return of one of our most beloved sparkling wines — the 2022 Fesstivity Blanc de Blancs!

Crafted from Chardonnay grown at Parker West in the Sta. Rita Hills, this wine shines with vibrant acidity, bright citrus notes, and a crisp, elegant finish.

Every bottle of Fesstivity is made in-house using the traditional method with only the finest fruit from the Sta. Rita Hills.

Most of this vintage was reserved exclusively for our Bubble Club members, but we have a very limited 40 cases available for purchase. This small release won’t last long so grab a few bottles today at The Bubble Shack!
