ANINA IS LOOKING FOR A BARTENDER
Ideal candidate (you?) should:
•Have an inherent and fundamental understanding of customer service
•Have a substantial depth and breadth of cocktail knowledge (old school & modern classics)
•Have solid technical skills (proficient with jiggers, understand ratios, able to build and execute multiple drinks at a time, over and over)
•Be willing to close at least twice a week, including some weekend shifts
•Be physically capable of lifting buckets of ice, cases of alcohol, moving kegs, cleaning the bar
•Have a minimum of 4 years local experience in relevant establishment
•ENJOY being a bartender in a busy bar
