Something new is coming to Folsom! ☕✨

MAC Hospitality is excited to introduce Café Ami, a new chef-driven, all-day neighborhood café coming to the Palladio in early 2027!

Led by Chef Dane Blom, Café Ami will bring together fresh, California-inspired cuisine, creative sandwiches, salads and bowls, specialty coffees, and an exceptional pastry and dessert program in partnership with Sacramento favorite Ettore’s Bakery.

As we prepare for this exciting new chapter, Mas Taco Bar Folsom will close October 25. We’re incredibly grateful to our dedicated team and to the Folsom community for the love and support you’ve shown us over the years. Thank you for being part of the Mas Taco Bar family!

While we say goodbye to this chapter, we hope you’ll continue to visit us at our other Mas Taco Bar locations. We look forward to welcoming you back soon and sharing what’s next!
