We’re celebrating Mexican Independence Day this week, and Chef Ana is on it with a full lineup of her Mexican-inspired specials.

POZOLE
Pork, hominy and mild chile broth topped with tomato, cabbage and radish.

WET TAQUITOS — $12
Three crispy chicken taquitos topped with chipotle sauce, shredded cabbage, cotija, sour cream and pico de gallo.

QUESABIRRIA TACOS — $18
Braised birria-style beef and mozzarella tacos, sauced and grilled, topped with onion and cilantro. Served with dipping sauce, Mexican rice and beans.

FIESTA QUESADILLA — $15
Mozzarella, black beans, corn and grilled vegetables with avocado and serrano crema, served with salsa verde.

FISH FRIDAY: SHRIMP A LA DIABLA - $19
Sautéed shrimp in a spicy Diabla sauce, topped with cilantro and served with Mexican vegetable pilaf and refried beans.

Celebrate Mexican Independence Day at Limelight with a night of Lotería, food, drinks, music, prizes and good company.

If you’ve never played Lotería, think of it as Mexican bingo. Instead of numbers, the game uses colorful illustrated cards featuring classic characters and symbols. Our host calls the cards, you mark your board, and when you complete the winning pattern, yell “LOTERÍA!”

We’re bringing the game to the Limelight patio for a relaxed, social night with a little friendly competition.

Your $15 admission includes one Lotería card, chips & salsa, plus a chance to win Limelight gift cards and other prizes.

Enjoy food and drink specials throughout the evening while we celebrate Mexican Independence Day.

Lotería starts at 7 PM.
Come early, grab a table, order a drink and get settled before the first round.

No experience necessary. We’ll explain how to play before we start.
