Another unforgettable night at Woodside Farm celebrating Angelique’s Quinceañera! 💃✨

We had SO much fun behind the bar serving up margaritas + Palomas as the specialty cocktails, surrounded by the sweetest family and the best energy all night long. And then… the sun went down and the glow party came OUT. 🌈✨💡

Also, shoutout to John for bringing enough energy to today’s event to earn the **Lead Bartender** title… (limited time only) while I graciously accepted my new position as bar back/ quality control. 😂🍋🍹

Back behind the bar this weekend, and I couldn't have asked for a sweeter wedding to return to. 🤍

Despite a little rain, Jess & Natan's day couldn't have been more beautiful, because everyone knows rain on your wedding day is good luck. 🌈

We served up Hugo Spritzes and Coconut Airmen speciality cocktails, celebrated with the sweetest guests, and even ended the night with the most incredible rainbow.

Feeling especially grateful to be back doing what I love. Cheers to the happy couple, and thank you for trusting Anjelic Sip to be part of such a special day! 🥂

One thing I’ve learned doing events is that no two bars should feel the same ✨🥂

Some clients come with a full vision, some want help building it, and some just like it low key. That’s where things like bar menus, signage, and drink lists come in: sometimes sleek and simple, sometimes fun and interactive, sometimes fully personalized to the couple or event.

Following up on yesterday’s post… someone asked what the least favorite part of this job is 😌🥂

Honestly? Just being one person.

I’m a full-time teacher Monday–Friday, and then Anjelic Sip runs on nights, weekends, and whatever energy I have left in between 🍸✨ So there are definitely moments where inquiries come in that I’d *love* to take, but I simply can’t be in multiple places at once.

And then of course, some conversations are exciting, planning starts, ideas get flowing… and then they just quietly fizzle out. That’s part of it too.

It’s really just taught me to be intentional with my time and bookings so when I *do* say yes, I can show up fully and give each event my best.

If you’re thinking about booking for upcoming events, especially busy seasons, definitely reach out early 🥂

One of the questions I get a lot “what’s your favorite part of this job?” ✨🥂

Honestly… it’s the people. The conversations behind the bar, the quick connections, the way one event turns into the next because someone remembers the experience. I’ve met so many incredible people just by showing up and doing what I love and somehow those same people (or someone they know) end up planning their own event next with Anjelic Sip 🍸

What you don’t always see is everything leading up to it helping guests get ready for their big day, creating custom drink menus, building grocery lists, suggesting alcohol pairings, and yes… testing new ideas over drinks with my people to bring something fresh to each event.

Anjelic Sip is more than just bartending, it’s being part of the experience from behind the scenes to last call ✨
