Our bartender-selected shot special is on tonight — $7, handcrafted, worth it. Pair it with something from the Cherry Blossom menu and call it a Saturday.
The Fuji-san is one you need to try before the festival wraps. Roku gin, Nigori sake, lychee syrup, fresh lemon, topped cold with soda. Served in a champagne flute and absolutely stunning.

Two days. April 20 – May 4, the festival menu drops and we cannot wait to show you what we’ve been working on.
Tonight Juliet, Natalie, and Erin have the bar — come get a drink and let the anticipation build.
Returning favorites like the Sakura Martini, Agave in Bloom, and the Smoked Ume Old Fashioned are back, along with a few new additions we’re keeping under wraps until Monday.
