It's Apple Brandy Opening Day!
Fair Game Beverage Company is releasing the latest batch of their stunningly smooth Apple Brandy, and The Plant is celebrating with a day full of music, food, and fun!

We're featuring 3 Junmai-grade sake with notes of apple, as well as the Hana Fuji Apple Flavored Sake.

We're also sharing another sake cocktail from our Koshu Sake Bar Cocktail Series!
The Mt. Fuji Spiked Cider is the perfect drink for apple-lovers. Pick up a bottle of Apple Brandy, and a bottle of our own Hana Fuji Apple Sake, to make this delicious recipe at home!

Ingredients:
3oz Hana Fuji Apple Flavored Sake
3oz apple cider
1oz Fair Game Beverage Company Apple Brandy
1 dried apple slice
1 cinnamon stick

Instructions:
In a shaker with ice, combine Hana Fuji Apple sake, Fair Game Apple Brandy, and apple cider. Shake and strain into glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and dried apple slice.

HAPPENING TODAY: Earth Spirit Taiko is performing at The Plant on the Main Stage in front of Koshu Sake Bar! Their first Japanese-style drumming set starts at 5pm, with a second set at 7pm.
We're serving up Kanzake (hot sake) tastings to enjoy fireside, in addition to our regular selection of sake.
Grab a bite to eat from Ta Contento or Kingston 99 Kitchen, sip on one of our premium rice wines, and let the beat of Earth Spirit Taiko move you. This is an event you don't want to miss!

Pittsboro's Bazaar Night Market is tonight at The Plant! Get your holiday shopping done as you peruse the booths of local artists and craftspeople, and don't forget to treat yourself, too!

Koshu Sake Bar is offering a holiday special on our sake tasting journals, so pick up a journal for the sake lover in your life while they're available on sale. Plus, we have specialty styles in stock, including the Tamano Hikari Junmai Daiginjo Hiyaoroshi.

Earth Spirit Taiko will be performing at The Plant on December 6th! Enjoy Japanese-style drumming and fireside hot sake from Koshu Sake Bar.
Earth Spirit Taiko will be playing two sets, one at 5pm and one at 7pm. Hot Sake Tastings are available all day, noon-8pm, and will be consistently featured on our menu throughout the winter.
