Gin Season Opening Day is this Saturday 🥂

We’re kicking things off with a full day of gin across campus.

At 2:30 PM in The Wheelhouse, join us for a hands-on gin cocktail making class where we’ll walk through how we build balanced, botanical-forward drinks.

At 4:00 PM, stick around for a deeper dive with an educational tasting and history session led by Fair Game’s Head Distiller.

All day long (12–6 PM), enjoy gin cocktails, live music, and general springtime good energy across campus.

Pictured: our fan favorite Fortune Teller. Basically a grown-up lavender lemonade with a gin backbone. We first made it for Pride three years ago and it never left the warm weather menu since then!

This four-part experience walks you from the basics to real-world techniques—ending with a live ghost walk.

June 19 — Foundations: history, myths vs. reality, and how investigations begin
June 26 — Entities & Energy: types of activity, patterns, and protection
July 10 — Advanced Techniques: tools, equipment, and structured methods
July 17 — Case Building & Ethics: how professionals investigate and document
July 17 — Ghost Walk: a live, guided investigation

Complete all four and receive a Certificate of Completion.

Gin season is officially here 🍸🌿 We're celebrating with a full day of learning, cocktails, and live music on May 16 (12–6 PM).

We’ll kick off with a History of Gin talk (12:30–1:30 PM) led by Head Distiller George Dusek, exploring botanicals, production, and the story behind how we crafted our Balancing Act Gin. Space is limited, so make sure to get your tickets on our website.

Then join a Gin Season Craft Cocktail Class (2:30–3:30 PM) with our bar manager Rob Hamlet, focused on building cocktails with gin as your base spirit. Class fee: $20, first come first serve.

From 3–5 PM, enjoy live music from Matty Frank & The Bobbies, bringing indie-rock energy with lush orchestral pop and omnichord flair to the main stage.

CALL FOR HONEYSUCKLE 🌿🌸

Do you have access to fragrant (yellow + white) honeysuckle? Bring a fresh basket to Fair Game and we’ll treat you to a beer or cider on the house.

Our liqueur program is growing, and we’re exploring delicate, drinkable expressions of local wildflowers. Honeysuckle is at the top of the list, but it’s fleeting and hard to gather at scale. That’s where community comes in.

If you’ve got it growing nearby, we’d love to collaborate on the harvest.

Desi is drinking the Fortune Teller (Balancing Act blue gin, lavender syrup, lemonade), a perpetual fan favorite that makes it onto our Spring menu every year; and Devonte is drinking a brand new cocktail, the Strawberry Fields On Fire (made with Flying Pepper Vodka, our house made Strawberry Liqueur, and pecan-magnolia-habanero bitters).

Speaking of house made strawberry liqueur, it's available to take home by the bottle in VERY limited supply. There are no artificial ingredients at all, just pure fresh strawberry flavor. It's delicious by itself in a cordial glass, and it makes for a fantastic, easy spritz when topped up with some bubbly.

Fun fact: Flying Pepper comes from our own horticultural project, breeding a smoky, flavorful pepper with zero heat. Infused into our house-distilled vodka and paired with local Bloody Mary mix and pickles, it’s hands-down the best Bloody Mary you’ll ever have.
