We had a great time teaming up with Chef Dominique Benavidez of Agridulce at Paired Paso last night! We paired our Hoyt Chardonnay with her cured and grilled Black Cod with Black Garlic and Pea Shoots over Pork Belly Velouté. It was a perfectly paired culinary creation with our wine...folks lined up for it!
