e blends, Optio Vineyards works meticulously with winemaker Aaron Jackson to craft the most balanced wines in Paso Robles. Our estate vineyard named LaMar Vineyard, sits on a hilltop at 1,100-foot elevation, nestled at the tail end of the Templeton Gap in the newly designated Geneseo AVA. We make very small lots of wine each year, which are available via mailing list , as well as at select restaurants in Paso Robles. Please feel free to join our mailing list without any obligations.
