Created with Unnecessary, where cocktails get a soft-serve makeover, the Double-Dip Ice Cream Sandwich brings back former favorite cocktail from The Coop - Butter Raisin Biscuit.

Browned butter, ruby port and raisin ice cream with crunchy cornflakes, and chocolate wafers—messy but nostalgic.

Served in our Ceramic Chicken Bowl, also available to shop in-store and online. 🐔🍦

Fresh ingredients, thoughtfully chosen. Sweet, tart, and savory notes are layered and carefully calibrated so that nothing overpowers the next. That’s what we mean by a cocktail-driven approach to ice cream.
