At After Eden, brings her full journey together. Her dishes carefully balance tradition and authentic Vietnamese cuisine while pushing the limits of what’s familiar: whether you’re enjoying Crispy Spring Rolls built from scratch, or a flakey Kouign Amman leveled up with fish sauce caramel and stuffed with a duck egg yolk.

A peek at what we’ve been up to this past week. 💥 Last Tuesday, we gathered with our closest friends and the people who made this place possible. It was a special night with our community before the world got to see it. A few days later, we officially opened our doors.

At 10AM, our Café begins with quiet ritual.
At 5PM, our Bar takes over.

Join us next Friday as we officially celebrate the grand opening of After Eden. The shift begins at 5PM, bringing an unmistakable energy to Orchard Street with a traditional lion dance, live music, room built for lingering, and more.

Reservations are highly encouraged via the link in our bio or DM us, and our team will assist. We anticipate a full room and will be reserving bar seating for walk-ins on a first-come basis.
