Q. Where are you originally from?
A. I’m originally from the Dominican Republic. Growing up there shaped the way I see food, hospitality, and the importance of bringing people together around a table.

Q. What inspires you in the kitchen?
A. I love taking familiar flavors and techniques and giving them my own perspective. For me, food is more than a dish. It’s a story told without words.

Q. What keeps you passionate about cooking?
A. The fact that there is always something new to learn. Food never stops evolving, and neither do I. I’m constantly looking for new ingredients, techniques, and combinations that can surprise people and create an experience they remember.

Q. Describe your approach to food in 3 words:
A. Bold. Creative. Flavorful.

Q. When you’re not cooking, what are your hobbies?
A. When I’m not in the kitchen, I enjoy staying active, traveling, exploring different food cultures, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy discovering new places and experiences that eventually inspire what I create in the kitchen.
