If you have been buying THC seltzers or gummies off a store shelf, that is about to end.
 
In November 2025 Congress quietly rewrote the definition of h**p. Starting November 2026, a finished product can hold no more than 0.4mg of THC per container. A typical seltzer holds 2.5 to 10mg, so most of the category comes off the shelf.
