Two high school sweethearts, a former dairy farm in Salem, and a family-built brewery that quickly became one of the most respected names in New England beer.
Alongside Zack and Laura Adams, Zack’s brother Dave helped shape into what it is today; a place defined by restraint, precision, hospitality, and a true sense of place.
Dave Adams of Fox Farm joins us for the next Supper Series at Engine Room on May 17th. A favorite on tap since the earliest days of the restaurant, Fox Farm is known for exceptionally balanced beers rooted in traditional European styles: pilsners, lagers, farmhouse ales, bitters, alongside some of the region’s most celebrated IPAs.
Chef Nick Teague will pair the lineup with a menu shaped by his Southern-roots meets coastal Connecticut style.
