Estate Argyros, Assyrtiko, Santorini Cuvée Palatia
Founded in 1903, Argyros Estate is one of the oldest wineries on the island. These Assyrtiko vines are pushing 200 years old! Native yeast fermentation and lees aging with batonage help create this truly special wine that comes from a magical place. Only a few bottles made their way to Oregon and we claimed them all for your drinking pleasure.

Ixir, El Ixsir
El Ixsir winery has one of the most eco-conscious facilities in the world. They source their fruit from high altitudes, including the highest elevation vineyards in Lebanon (and the entire Northern Hemisphere). Their wines reflect the purity and freshness of the Lebanese mountains through richness, elegance and complexity. A blend of Syrah, Cab and Merlot that will change your life.

Alpha Estate, Xinamavro Reserve, Vieilles Vignes Barba Yannis,
Hailing from the finest Xinomavro plot in all of Greece, this Xinomavro from the Barba Yannis vineyard features old, pre-Phylloxera vines planted in 1919. The vineyard is located at an altitude of over 2100 feet so the harvest is done entirely by hand. The wine is fermented with ambient yeasts and matures in new, French, Allier - Jupilles barrels for 24 months. It is then bottled unfiltered and aged in the bottle for another year. The result is simply mind-blowing!

This beautiful dish was lovingly created to pair perfectly with Ken Wright Cellar’s 2023 Canary Hill Pinot Noir. Our collaboration is part of their Pair it Forward series- a campaign which highlights the philosophy “what grows together goes together” in the world of food and wine. It really is that simple!

It’s an honor to work with such a legendary Willamette Valley wine producer to emphasize the symbiotic relationship between food and wine from the same region.

Earthlings and aliens journey from all corners of the universe to let their galactic colors shine. This glorious spectacle starts at noon on Saturday, May 16th and goes right by our front door!

Our outside tables are perfectly positioned for an unobstructed view. We’re taking reservations so you can sit back, relax and be served food and drinks that are out of this world!
