Meet Juan Pavi, our Chef!

Chef, runner, and triathlete enthusiast. With a passion for food, hospitality, and building great teams, Juan is always looking for the next challenge. Whether that's creating new menu items, leading a kitchen, or training for long-distance races.
Fueled by hard work, little sleep, and a lot of coffee, he's excited to be part of the journey and serve the community every day.

"When I go and talk to the tables about my food and the stories behind every dish"

"I think most of us really enjoy the controlled chaos of it all. There's something beautiful about watching it all come together."

❤️ What do you love most about hospitality?
"I love having the opportunity to directly enhance a guest's overall experience at our restaurant."

💬 What's the best compliment a guest can give you?
"I wouldn't change a thing about tonight."

🍹 What's your "shift drink" after a long night?
"A Captain and Diet Coke has been my go-to for a very long time."

🎉 What's one fun fact about you?
"I've been in the industry for 16 years but have only worked in 3 restaurants. Eno Vino is my longest run."

"I love when someone is open to trying new things even if it's only to discover they truly don't enjoy it."
