Center: An ode to Jacques Straub. Barnard Farms honeycrisp apple “super juice”, applejack, Suntory Roku gin, lemon, & egg white.

Right: Our take on the classic “Martha Washington Shrub”. A recipe tracing back to Martha Washington and her daughter Frances Parke Custis. Rebuilt with Apple Brandy, Riesling Kabinett, lemon, yuzu, & orange.

Alsace holds a special place in our kitchen. After Executive Chef Dan Fox worked at Everest in Chicago, he studied in France where he developed a deep appreciation for their rich culinary traditions. This menu reflects those early influences. Each course thoughtfully crafted to capture the flavors and spirit of Alsace.

The evening’s exclusive wine pairings will be presented by special guest sommelier Colton Schara, guiding you through a curated selection that perfectly complements every dish.

An evening of heritage, hospitality, and beautifully balanced pairings. $150 per person, only 40 tickets available.

We’d like to thank everyone who came out to our Pack the Pantry Meat Raffle! Thanks to your incredible generosity, we were able to raise  $1,370.40 along with 320 pounds of food and hygiene products. We truly couldn’t have done this without you!

Keep an eye out for our future fundraising events so we can continue supporting our community together!

This week, we’re proud to support an organization that does so much for our community.

Help us raise awareness for The River Food Pantry’s “Pack the Pantry” campaign as they prepare to move into their new, larger home at 3301 Packers Ave.

All week long at the Heritage Tavern, we are accepting:

Non-perishable food items
Hygiene products�
Monetary donations

To wrap it all up, we’re hosting a Meat Raffle on Sunday, February 1st

🕞Doors open at 3:30 PM�
🕓Raffle starts at 4:00 PM�
🎟A portion of proceeds to directly benefit The River Food Pantry

Bring a donation and during select rounds, you can exchange it for raffle paddles.

Raffle runs until we run out of prizes!
