Let’s talk about gin baby!

Our New American Gin is a delicate gin with big citrus and slightly spicy herbal notes. It’s vapor-infused in our handmade still with our signature mix of 9 botanicals. 🌸

We forage local Rocky Mountain juniper berries from the banks of the St. Vrain River and add lemon zest, lime zest, cinnamon, coriander, clove, anise, fennel, and cardamom. Blending in our fresh Rocky Mountain snowmelt water results in a delicate, citrus, and spice-forward gin that’s suitable for sipping straight or mixing.

This is our proud featured product for the month of August. Stop by either tasting room and buy a bottle to get a free cocktail!
