Anthony brings a thoughtful culinary perspective shaped by leadership in high-level kitchens, scratch cooking, seasonal menu development, and elevated hospitality, most recently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Chicago’s Michelin-recognized Longman & Eagle.

A Michigan native with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, Anthony officially joins the team next week, and we’re excited for what’s ahead at Brick + Brine.
