Recently, our Bottle and Barrel members gathered with the team from New Holland Distillery to sample and select their very own single barrel of bourbon. After tasting several exceptional options, they chose an outstanding New Holland Beer Barrel Bourbon that received a second maturation in Dragon's Milk White Stout beer barrels, creating a rich, complex whiskey you won't find anywhere else. This exclusive barrel is a true reflection of our members' great taste, and we can't wait to share it with you, one pour at a time!

Since day one, Nick has been an important part of the Brick + Brine! From helping us open our doors to the countless dinners, celebrations and memorable moments since, his dedication and hospitality have helped shape the experience weā€™re proud to provide today!

Now, Nick is stepping into an exciting new chapter, and while weā€™ll miss him dearly, we couldnā€™t be more excited to see whatā€™s ahead for him!
