Exciting things happening!

At its May 11 meeting, the JSDC Board of Directors approved Flex PACE funding support for Koush LLC, owned by Jordan Koushkouski, to assist with the purchase and renovation of the building at 115 First Avenue South in downtown Jamestown.

A Jamestown native, Jordan is revitalizing the former Office Bar building, which has been vacant for about three years. The renovated space will reopen as the “Park Bar and Lounge,” honoring a family legacy tied to the historic downtown location.

The project includes significant building improvements and will create a refreshed downtown gathering space featuring beverages, gaming, live music, and on- and off-sale services.

This investment supports downtown revitalization while helping a local entrepreneur reinvest in Jamestown’s core business district.

The bar will be open from 3-5p tomorrow, March 7, for another sale of signs and memorabilia! Please use the front door to enter.

There is also plenty of free merchandise - lots of alcohol brand merch and brand new clothing, even some Office Bar St. Pattys Day clothing if you need stuff for the upcoming Runnin O The Green! All never been worn and FREE!

🏷️It’s a garage sale! Stop by the bar (the old Office Bar) during the following times:

4-6p on Friday, Feb 13
2-4p on Saturday, Feb 14
TBD on Sunday (dependent on how Fri & Sat go)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Plenty of bar memorabilia to get rid of…both for sale and for free! Free items are on a first come first serve basis. Pricing is based on what I could find online. Items will not be held unless paid for in advance. If you want to make an offer in advance, comment on the picture (best offer will win in these cases). If payment isn’t made by 4p on Friday, it will be open for anyone to purchase. Exact cash amount or Venmo accepted onsite. Note that items won’t be set up for browsing, use these pictures to get your look and then inquire about it in person if you don’t plan on buying in advance.

There is also a lot of Office Bar clothing and alcohol branded merch (clothes, hats, koozies) I didn’t take pictures of that are free to take.

Welcome to the Park Bar’s new page! For now, this page will be used to keep future patrons updated on progress as we work towards an opening in 2026!

If you have pictures from when this was the Park Bar in the 60s-80s, please share! Any pictures from any time period of the building (inside and out, bar and apartments) or of any of the previous owners at work are also appreciated!

And before anyone asks, there is no opening date yet 😆. See you in 2026!
