Yesterday I posted a picture letting people know that we were open which some people apparently found offensive. I was under the impression that it was just good natured "ribbing" between bartenders, a sort of "rebuttal" to the sign that was standing across the street while we were closed. I didn't realize 3 unexplained letters at the top of a sign would create so much butt hurt that people would resort to the kind of personal attacks that scare people away from the typical "downtown" areas of other cities.
I would like to apologize to the regulars of the Office for creating animosity which, in time, could end up negatively affecting your visits to the downtown area.
I would also like to say "Thank You" to the various offended individuals for spreading the post far and wide so that everyone saw that we were open for business. In the spirit of "no such thing as bad publicity", finding out that the Office was the only thing anyone was talking about yesterday was much appreciated.
