Join us at a’Bouzy on September 15th for a five-course w**e dinner featuring VARA Winery & Distillery, an Albuquerque-based w**ery rooted in New Mexico’s long w**emaking heritage.

Founded in 2013, VARA brings together traditional w**emaking techniques with a spirit of innovation, crafting w**es that reflect a distinctly New Mexican point of view. The w**ery is particularly celebrated for its sparkling w**es, made using the traditional Méthode Champenoise by renowned w**emaker Laurent Gruet.

For this special evening, each course will be thoughtfully paired with a VARA selection, from Silverhead Brut Rosé to Zero Dosage and Chardonnay, creating a progression designed to complement every dish.
