Janice Coley with Camden Living Magazine stopped by today and dropped off copies of the latest edition.

There’s a great article in this issue by Kevin Taylor about him and his band KT & Friends. The Foxes Den even gets a little mention in there. 🍻🎶

I’ve got the magazines up front near the sign-in sheet, currently under the watchful eye of Spuds McKenzie.

Little darts update from The Den 🎯

Our A Team has been slowly climbing the standings and has worked its way up to 5th place! Keep it going, fellas!

The B Team has hit a little slump lately, but we’re pulling for them to get things turned around tomorrow night.

Of course, the slump may or may not have anything to do with their team captain oversleeping from his nap and missing the last match… 😂

Joe is cooking lasagna tomorrow, and it should be ready around 6:00. 🍝

Darts start at 7:30 PM.

That last part was mainly for you, Roger Turner. Set an alarm. Maybe two. 😂⏰🎯

🏈🍷 Saturday at The Den

Football is on starting at **12 today**.

And in a completely unexpected turn of events, we are apparently trying to **class the joint up a little bit**.

Yep... **The Den is officially serving wine.** 😂

The fridge is stocked, the menu is ready, and we even have real wine glasses, so please act accordingly.

Or don’t act accordingly. It’s still The Den.

Also, **Guinness is here** — but y’all are drinking it faster than we can keep it around, so supplies are limited.

Come watch some football and hang out with us. 🦊🏈🍷🍺

Alright y’all, I probably should’ve posted this a little earlier, but I had a pretty good excuse.

I spent two days in the ICU dealing with an AFib episode. I’m doing much better now, and I truly appreciate everyone who knew what was going on and reached out with thoughts, prayers, texts, and calls. It meant a lot.

One other thing while we’re on that subject — because of some new medication I’m on, I won’t be drinking for the foreseeable future. I genuinely appreciate every one of y’all who has ever bought me a drink at The Den, but for now, if you feel like buying me one, pass it along to another member instead. I promise somebody in there will volunteer for the job. 😂

Now… enough about me. Back to the important stuff: drinking.

First up — YOU ASKED, WE LISTENED.

GUINNESS IS NOW AT THE DEN. 🍺

No, we didn’t install a nitrogen draft system overnight. But we do have the next best thing: Guinness Draught cans with the little nitrogen widget inside. Pour it properly into a pint glass, let it settle, and you get that creamy head and smooth Guinness pour that’s about as close to draft as you’re going to get without me tearing the bar apart and adding another gas system.

And apparently I haven’t spent enough money lately, so…

THE WINE PROGRAM IS FINALLY HERE. 🍷

We’re slowly loading up the new wine fridge, getting everything chilled, settled, and happy. Wine will officially be available by Saturday, and I’ll be attaching the new wine menu to this post so y’all can see what we’ve put together.

We’ve made a pretty significant investment in the wine program — the fridge, inventory, glassware, selection, and everything else that comes with doing it right.

So with that being said, now that we feel like we have a solid wine selection of our own, outside wine will still be welcome, but there will now be a $15 corkage fee.

Basically, if you bring your own bottle, we’ll happily open it, serve it, and provide the glasses… but we can’t let our shiny new wine fridge sit over there wondering why nobody loves it. 😂

Guinness is here.
Wine is coming Saturday.
The fridge is filling up.
I’m out of the ICU.
I’m officially the sober guy at my own bar for a while.
And The Den keeps rolling.

Alright, yesterday y’all got to watch your teams play. I sat through all the SEC chants, trash talk, celebrations and heartbreak…

But today is MY turn. ☘️😂

The Notre Dame flag is flying out front and tonight the Irish finally take the field.

So if anybody wants to come join me, have a few drinks, watch some football, and witness me screaming at the TV like Benji yelling…

“GO OUTSIDE! GO OUTSIDE!!” 😂😂😂

…then please do.

Just understand ahead of time that tonight I make absolutely no promises about my language, my volume, or my ability to remain seated.

The doors are open, the Gamecocks are on, and we’ve got a full day of football ahead.

For the THIRD week in a row, they pulled out a 7–6 victory!

Apparently winning comfortably just isn’t their style. 😂 Three straight weeks, three straight nail-biters, and three straight wins.

Well… unfortunately, the B Team match has been canceled tonight. Apparently the team they were supposed to play couldn’t make it.

We’re not saying they were scared… but we’re also not NOT saying it. 😂🎯

B Team, don’t let that stop you from coming out! Joe’s cooking spaghetti, so grab a plate, grab a drink, and help cheer on the A Team as they take care of business tonight!

Apparently we’ve decided feeding our members is part of the entertainment now. 😂🦊

🎯 Thursday Night — Darts
Joe is making spaghetti, because apparently throwing darts works up an appetite.

🏈 Saturday — College Football
We’re opening at NOON, and I’ll be bringing in a pile of smoked chicken wings for kickoff. 🍗🔥

No fancy food program. No reservations. Just good people taking care of good people.

Come grab a drink, eat something, yell at the TV, question the referees, and enjoy The Den the way it’s supposed to be. 🍻

Members taking care of members. That’s what this place is about.
