Ms. Betty Kai was the first employee hired for the Nauti Parrot Dock Bar in 2017. If you have had the pleasure of meeting Betty Boop, you know that her youthful demeanor, work ethic and her personality have no comparison. She was a major part of the success of the Dock Bar, giving us her advice and experience with the area/location and knowing all of the customers who walked through the door! Back in 2021 she won the Outstanding Woman Award in SWFL. You can find her weekends at the Nauti Parrot Oasis where she works the hostess stand and Hurricane Tina's 5 Star Dive Bar bartending mornings and afternoons!

When our family first moved down here it was due to our love of Fort Myers Beach. We vacationed down here for the past 15 years and finally in 2017, we had the opportunity to become a part of it. Knowing that this property had trouble staying in business since Channel Mark, we set out to make it into a place like those that brought us down here to begin with. We saw ourselves as the first and last stop at Fort Myers Beach. Over the past 6 years, with your help, we've made countless memories from Motown Mondays with the Collaboration Band. Drag Queen Bingo with Alyssa Lemay (which we've helped raised over $100,000 for local charities since opening). Wub Wednesdays catering to the EDM crowd and many of the local hospitality employees on the beach, Clive Live took the stage every Saturday and would have people dancing by 1pm. Mike Imbasciani & his BluezRockerz playing the blues on Sunday for a matinee show. Being featured on NBC2 News for Foodie Friday, 93x coming out to our grand opening and giving away cruise tickets. We persevered through Hurricane Irma, Red Tide, a Global Pandemic and came out strong with your help. We thank everyone for helping create these memories with us.

With heavy hearts, we must announce our closing. Engineers deemed the property irreparable and our historic building, which at its conception was the ice house for the shrimp boats on San Carlos Island, must be demolished. New building codes only allow for a building 1/4 the size of what we have currently. As Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we hope to find a new home in the not-so-distant future on the island. Going forward, we ask you to please support local, family run establishments, whether it be one of our other locations or not.

We will be hosting a Relief for our employees in the most need at Nauti Parrot Oasis December 9th. Until We Meet Again, our Home Away from Home.

If you’ve been to the Oasis or Nauti Parrot Dock bar anytime in the past 5 years, chances are you’ve met Christian and he’s served you a drink (or 10) over the years. We’re sad to say he’s going to be making the move to Colorado at the start of November. If you want to wish him farewell, he will be working this coming week as follows.

We wish him the best of luck wherever he ends up and thank him for his quirky jokes, positive attitude and expertise he’s brought us over the years. You will be missed buddy!

We're pleased to announce we will be bring these much loved events to Nauti Parrot Oasis this week! Collaboration Band has made Motown Mondays the hottest place for live music on a weeknight over the past five years! We've raised tens of thousands of dollars for charity at Drag Queen Bingo with Alyssa Lemay, with prizes for each round in a hilarious twist on bingo! Infinite Collective puts all the areas hottest 6+ DJ's under one roof for a late night dose of EDM, the only place in the area that offers this type of event. Deb & The Dynamics find their new home on select Sundays at the Oasis as well.

A few more videos to show the destruction left by Ian. We have allowed Polk County sheriffs department to use our parking lot as a staging ground for search and rescue. In such an old building we think the only thing to do is to tear this building down and start new. All piping, electrical and drywall would need to be redone. See the first video for where the water rose to in the restaurant.
