There's a lot more happening behind the scenes at Historic than just making b**r. 🍺

This spring, we had the chance to welcome Kylie from NAU's Brewing & Fermentation Science program to the brewery for some real-world, hands-on experience.

From learning lab techniques and cleaning protocols to spending time on the brew deck with our Head Brewer Zack, she got a firsthand look at what goes into getting b**r from grain to glass.

We're pretty lucky to have a program like this right here in Flagstaff and even luckier to play a small part in helping the next generation of brewers learn the craft.

Cheers to Kylie, NAU Brewing & Fermentation Science, and whatever she's brewing up next. 💙💛
