👨🍳 Meet Jake!
Have you ever wondered who is behind the scenes helping create the delicious dishes you enjoy at Grizzly's Grill Smoke & Fire? Well, here he is — Jake, our Manager of Culinary!
Jake works closely with our restaurant teams, vendors, ownership, and leadership to develop and refine the food that makes it to your table. From creating new menu items to ensuring consistency across our locations, he is always focused on delivering the best possible guest experience.
Now, Jake is definitely more of a back-of-house kind of guy, so he's probably going to hate that we're putting him on social media... but we think he deserves the recognition! Over the past month, he dedicated countless hours to training and developing the incredible kitchen team at our newly opened Rochester location. Earlier this year, he also led training for our new Grizzly's menu, working alongside leaders from across the company to bring our latest dishes to life.
Jake, thank you for your passion, leadership, and the hard work you put in every single day. Your impact reaches every Grizzly's kitchen, and we are incredibly grateful to have you on our team.
