Palaces makes its triumphant return, as bright and snappy as ever. Brewed with 100% Czech floor malted barley and Czech Saaz, we take Palaces through a multi-step mash and decoction, just as the brewers of Czechia have been doing for centuries.

Calm was *literally* the first b**r we ever brewed and was part of Lua’s opening tap list, back in the heady days of November 2019. To think it’s been so long, but that’s time, baby. It never stops. But that doesn’t mean you can’t stop and take some time to indulge in the sweeter things. That attitude is what inspired us to brew Calm again.

Calm is draft only and it’s available right now. We’re open 11 to 10. Come enjoy a sip of history.

Our buddy Lango hunts mangoes. Big ones. Small ones. Really mango-y ones. He’s the best mango hunter we know. He’s also the only mango hunter we know. So we partnered with Lango to put all his mangoes into this lassi.

DESTROYER 2026 (16.3%)
a Raconteur Ale

Last released for our 3rd Anniversary, Destroyer is a barleywine project designed to be an extreme expression of raw ingredients. A challenge: push the simplest brewing inputs to their breaking point.

Destroyer is composed solely and in extreme amounts of Maris Otter barley, Citra hops, and our favorite yeast strain. It was boiled for a lengthy period (a total of over 40 hours), rested in stainless for several months, and then was laid into bourbon barrels for thirty-two months. Four years in the making, Destroyer 2026 pours a rich, deep mahogany with minimal carbonation.

Barleywine ale, a largely undefined, amorphous style, is a blank page of sorts, and one must not come lightly to the blank page. Destroyer, a Raconteur Ale, does not.

On draft & togo in our anniversary set paired with ALL 2026 starting at 10AM both online and right here in our Historic Sherman Hill taproom.

We are stoked to tell you that this coming Friday (10/2) we are releasing SIX brand new, one off and uniquely crafted sours to celebrate our seven years in beautiful and historic Sherman Hill.

One keg each on draft. Available as solo pours for 4 bones or get a whole flight of six for 19. Vote for your fav. Let us know how you feel!

7th ANNIVERSARY RELEASES 🎉🍻

Each fall, we select our best barrels and blend All to celebrate our Anniversary. 2026 marks seven years for our humble little brewery.

Cheers to all of you who support us and allow us to live out our dreams.

All 2026 is an imperial stout aged 20 months in bourbon barrels before being conditioned on toasted coconut, toasted hazelnuts, cinnamon, and cacao.

DESTROYER a Raconteur Ale (16.3%)

RELEASE DETAILS ✍️

- ALL 2026 and DESTROYER will be sold as a two-bottle set (one bottle of each). Sets will be available for purchase in-person here at Lua AND online via Toast on Saturday, October 3rd starting at 10AM when we open for brunch service. Limits will be two sets for those in-person and one set for those purchasing online. Priority will go to those physically here at the brewery.

- Proxies are allowed. Just be sure to have their name & order number ready for us when you’re picking up. Bottle sets must be picked up by Sunday, October 11 by end of day.

- Draft pours of ALL 2026 and DESTROYER: A Raconteur Ale will be available all day long until the kegs run dry.

Well it is, and this photo was taken a few days ago. You can tell because it’s sunny in this photo and we haven’t seen the Sun in so so long.

🦞LOBSTER ROLLS INCOMING 9/30🦞

Mark your calendars for NEXT Wednesday, September 30th, because our 7th anniversary week celebration wouldn't be complete without a lil' lobster.

As always, we overnight in live lobsters, then cook, shuck, and bring 'em out fresh as can be. Hot OR cold whatever you prefer.

Make sure you get here before they’re gone, NEXT Wednesday (while supplies last) at 11AM.
