Red Wine flight ($24): ! If you’ve had the La Cuadrilla Red Blend before you will LOVE these wines. Stolpman specializes in carbonic maceration so these wines come out tasting bright and juicy and oh so refreshing!

This month’s whiskey flights offer fun exploration!

Whiskey Flight 1 features 3 different types of whiskey, all with rum cask finishes. A great way to see how a finished spirit expresses differently depending on what type of whiskey is used.

Whiskey Flight 2 is for the more adventurous. We’ve got a sherry finish, an orange wine cask finished, and a triple cask finished! Great if you’d like to explore a few different finishes.

Now through the 25th is Manhattan Week! We will be featuring the Caught Me Blushin, pomegranate manhattan! Made with port finished bourbon, Pama pomegranate liqueur, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, and orange bitters.

Tuesday 2/24 an Angel’s Envy representative will be at Cork & Cask from 5-8 with a cocktail smoking station! You can choose from a variety of smoked finishes for the Caught Me Blushin or any Angel’s Envy cocktail!
