Modern in approach & traditional in spirit, Torali Italian-Steak features a contemporary, chef-driven menu plus an extensive wine list. The dining experience is complemented with light bites, craft cocktails & specialty coffee that can be enjoyed at the bar, rooftop lounge, and greenhouse-inspired café. Curated by Executive Chef Guenther Moreno, the Torali menu features traditional dishes that are elevated with seasonal, Midwest flavors. Executive Pastry Chef Toni Roberts, a Jean Banchet Award winner, draws inspiration from seasonality, simplicity, and her culinary adventures in casual and Michelin star dining rooms for her creations.
