🍔 Chicago Magazine’s Top 10 burger 🍔

The CBG Burger was named one of Chicago’s top 10 burgers by in . Chef Enrique gets all the credit. He made the burger Nick loved. We’re lucky to have Enrique. Cheers to you, Chef. According to the local burger expert, “the blend of beef and bacon is perfectly balanced, and two cheeses are a lovely touch.”

Brand new cans of Chimera are available at CBG starting today! New Zealand Pilsner is a newly emerging style on the beer scene. With the rise of the craft beer scene in the 21st century Pilsners, originating in Germany, have spread to other countries. New Zealand is known for growing the most popular hops for juicy/hazy styles of beer. So, this is a hybrid between Pilsner and a Juicy Pale Ale. Brewed and lagered like a traditional Pilsner, but we used late additions of hops in the boil and did a moderate dry hop with both Nectaron and Motueka. The aroma is full of citrus with flavors of passionfruit, peach, and grapefruit, with a very smooth and clean finish. Don’t let the Chimera catch you sleeping!
