From exposed walls and construction dust to opening our doors on June 5, 2021.

Just some dreamers standing in a construction zone, surrounded by boxes, blueprints, and a whole lot of belief. While the space was still taking shape, we were already planning for the future and preparing for the day we’d finally open our doors.

Five years later, it’s wild to look back at moments like this and realize we had no idea what was ahead✨only that we were all in💖

Five years ago today, our liquor license was finally approved and activated... a whole TWO days before opening. 😅 We had two days to order liquor!🤣

Talk about cutting it close.

We had spent months preparing for opening day and were ready to welcome our first guests with or without it, but getting that approval felt like the last piece of the puzzle. After navigating construction delays, pandemic uncertainty, and every curveball imaginable, we finally got the green light.

Looking back now, it’s funny how nerve-racking those final days felt. At the time, it was pure stress. Today, it’s part of the story.

5 years later, we’re still here, still pouring, still baking, and still grateful for everyone who’s been part of the journey.✨We took this picture to commemorate that day. Hope you can swing by June 20th to celebrate with us💖
