Before her sold-out Bass Concert Hall, Sara Bareilles spent time with our MSW & undergraduate students, many studying grief & preparing to become the next generation of social workers.

Join the Moritz Center for a free evening exploring grief, loss, and creative expression, featuring highlights from the Austin PBS docuseries How We Grieve.

The evening will include a conversation with filmmaker Meghan Ross, moderated by Andy Langer, followed by an open mic featuring poetry, music, comedy, and the art of feeling it all. 🧡

Catch our new Vinyl Night every Monday at the Cactus Cafe! BYOV!

Cactus Cafe hosted its first Vinyl Night on Aug. 31, an event where students can bring and play their own vinyl records on its sound system. The event will continue weekly on Mondays from 4 to 9 p.m, creating a space where students can come together and appreciate music.
