Paris, a hundred years ago, was where every young artist went to feel alive - broke, happy, and filling the cafés of the Left Bank with wine and music. Hemingway called it a moveable feast: once you’d lived it, it went with you everywhere.

On September 17, we’re bringing that Paris to Battery Park - a bookstore and a champagne bar becomes a Left Bank café for one night. A French spread of charcuterie, cheeses, and chocolate truffles, gypsy jazz in the Django tradition, and chanson from our special guest, Lynn Beach Smith.

We feel incredibly proud to partner with the Center for Native Health this summer. They our of first partner as a part of the BPBX Mutual Aide Initiative. Through this program we are honored to promote their cause, contribute financially to their mission, and support authors and creators who continue to make a meaningful impact in our community.

Proceeds from each book sold through their curated display in the bookstore are donated to support their mission.

The Center for Native Health’s mission is to support balanced wellbeing of southeastern Native communities through the preservation and respectful application of Native knowledge to empower the people, land, and culture.
