This is the motto that we live by here at Laughing Seed. It was the foundation the original menu that Joan and Joe Eckert offered their guests in 1993, and it continues to guide our kitchen today. At Laughing Seed, we believe people should have the freedom to enjoy delicious meals with their family and friends, regardless of their individual dietary preferences or restrictions. For this reason, we
indicate right on our menu which of our mouthwatering vegetarian dishes are made with vegan and/or gluten-free ingredients. Our skilled chefs and helpful service team are also always more than happy to do their best to accommodate any other dietary concerns that you may have. Additionally, we know that food choices are much more complicated than they used to be. Issues like GMOs, organic- and locally-grown food, and sustainable agriculture are important to us and to many of our guests. This is why we use only non-GMO oil in our fryers, we incorporate numerous organic ingredients into all of our menu items, and we support local farmers like Roberta and Sacha at Three Graces Dairy and the great folks at Rise Up Rooted Farm. In terms of flavor, the sky's the limit! Global fusion is very much alive at the Laughing Seed.
