Shades of Spago returns on 17 August, with this edition bringing Spago and Sago House together behind the bar.

From 6pm, discover one-night-only pours from both teams, including Sago House’s Treehouse, with Japanese melon and Thai basil, and Spago’s bright, tropical Hot Legs, alongside a selection of Zero Edit creations.

From flames on the grill and dishes served fresh from the fire to flowing drinks, live music, and conversations that carried into the night, our Summer Barbecue Social brought together four kitchens for one unforgettable rooftop gathering.

From afternoon light to a rooftop under the stars.

The grills were fired up, the drinks were flowing, and our Summer Barbecue Social brought together grilled signatures, good company, and a DJ set above the city.

In collaboration with Butcherbox, Spago welcomed CUT, L’AMO and Olivia to the grill for an evening of fire-led flavours, music in the air, and plenty to savour.
