La Sirenetta Oyster Bar is a seafood bar, serving fresh oysters all day by the bay, with wide selection of champagne, cocktails and delectable food menu.

Oyster Bar's cuisine is rustic and maintains its integrity by using only the best produce available - oysters are flown in mostly from France and served freshly shucked upon order, we make our own sundried tomatoes using organic tomatoes, we use New Zealand barn eggs and are one of the very few places to use organic garlic - to name a few. We accept only the freshest seasonal produce - we do not h

ave freezers in the kitchen, and all our produce have never been frozen. As part of our efforts to participate in marine life conservation, Oyster Bar does not serve any seafood items listed as 'Avoid' under WWF's 'Choose Sustainable Seafood' program. Oyster Bar is a champagne bar and stocks one of the largest champagne list in Singapore. Experience the magic by our mixologists as he conjures your favourite cocktails out of fresh fruits, herbs and infusions.
