Dear friends and supporters,

We have some important news to share with you. Our final day at our current location will be Sept 15 2024. Due to an unsustainable increase in our lease, we have made the tough decision to temporarily close Analogue Initiative at our current location in Singapore. While market conditions are challenging, this isn’t goodbye—it’s just a pause.

One of the unique things about Analogue is that it’s built using 1,600 kg of recycled plastic bottles, 3D-printed into 14 modular pieces. This means we can rebuild anywhere, bringing our vision of sustainability and innovation to new places.

We are exploring new locations to reopen, and we want to hear from you! Where do you want to see Analogue next? Which city is ready to embrace a sustainable future with us? Comment below and let us know!

SEM, founded by Brazilian Lara Espírito Santo and New Zealander chef George McLeod, is a contemporary restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide. They are dedicated to combating food waste and offer a daily tasting menu inspired by nature, seasonality, and ancestral culinary techniques.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Agustin started his hospitality journey at a young age and has enjoyed a storied 13-year career in the beverage industry across Latin America and Asia. 

He loves both crafting innovative cocktails and engaging with guests, embracing the essence of hospitality as he serves his carefully blended creations. His favourite spirit, arak, symbolises a beautiful blend of age-old traditions and modern techniques
– reflecting his passion for the evolving mixology landscape. Agustin believes a good cocktail is all about the art of balance – with all flavours working together in perfect harmony.
