At Manhattan, COA — three-time Asia’s No.1 Bar — pours the agave-focused cocktails that have made it one of the region’s defining bar destinations, while across the way, The Savory Project (No. 32, Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025) takes over East47 with its unique approach to umami, fermentation, and cocktail craft.
