We’re incredibly honored to be named one of Tatler Best Singapore 2026’s Top 20 Bars at the awards held in April amongst peers that we admire and respect 🎉

At Night Hawk, we’ve always been passionate about reimagining the craft drinking experience, and we’re truly grateful to have our efforts recognized.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of our journey. We’re proud to be part of Singapore’s incredible cocktail community and will continue pushing ourselves to raise the bar in hospitality and creativity.

We can’t wait to welcome you for a tipple (or two) from our new menu, Positive Negativity. ☺️

The Old Man (HK) X The Shady Pig (Bali)

On Monday, 22nd June 2026, 9pm till late, we have Alessandro from The Old Man and Jonathan from The Shady Pig slinging their top hits for one night only 🎉🎉🎉

Alessandro, assistant manager of The Old Man (HK) is a polyglot whose curiosity for learning languages transcends into his mixology skills. Having worked in Germany, Thailand, Australia and finally calling HK home, Alessandro brings parts of his life into his cocktails.

Jonathan is the co-owner of The Shady Pigs and a familiar face in the Bali cocktail scene. Widely regarded as one of the O.G.s of the Balinese cocktail scene, he has decided to call the Indonesian island home after moving from France 12 years ago. Jonathan is know to bring high quality cocktails whilst delivering them in high energy environments!
