We're pretty chuffed to share that Nick has been nominated for 'Hospitality Industry Leader of the Year' at the Hospitality New Zealand Awards taking place this week. 😃

Anyone who knows Nick will know his first response was, "Don't make a fuss." He'd much rather be talking about the team than himself. But the team is incredibly proud of this recognition.

Over the years, Nick has built great venues, backed great ideas and, most importantly, invested in great people. Many of you working across our industry today have benefited from his advice, encouragement, mentorship or simply his willingness to lend a hand.

It's fantastic to see that contribution recognised on a national stage alongside some of the very best in the business!

👏 We're incredibly proud to announce that Anna, our Experience Manager, has been named the Emerging Leader for Hospitality New Zealand in the Wellington Region.

At just 22 years old, Anna leads our front-of-house with professionalism, positivity and a calm confidence that inspires everyone around her.

Since joining The White Swan crew just two years ago, she has risen rapidly through the business, earning the respect of colleagues, guests and industry peers alike. Having grown up in a hospitality family, Anna has always had a passion for the industry, and it shines through in everything she does.

Anna is known for her trademark "Hiiiii" greeting each morning, and the genuine enthusiasm she shows every guest who walks through our doors! Her passion for the industry, thirst for knowledge and natural leadership ability suggest this award is just the beginning of what promises to be an outstanding career.
