A bit of Irish meets a bit of Kiwi and you have The Green Man Pub: Wellington’s busies CBD restaurant and bar. The Green Man is ideal for meeting friends/clients for lunch, after work drinks, or celebrating the end of the week. Packing craft beer on tap, an extensive bistro-style menu, and stellar table service into one venue is a squeeze, but we’ve managed to make room for your every need. Our de

dicated dining and function room can fit 100 guests for everything from corporate meetings to private functions and quiet dinners. We do a bit of everything over here, and we do it well. So well in fact that we’re the official bar for some of Wellington’s favourite sports teams, including the Hurricanes, the Lions, and Central Pulse Netball. Our week looks a little something like this:
Monday: Quiz night with Dan The Man! Bar tabs for winners and 20% off mains for all Quiz teams! Tuesday: $18 250g sirloin steak served with fries and your choice of mushroom or peppercorn sauce
Wednesday: Wine Club! Rotating special-guest wines for $8 a glass or $30 a bottle
Thursday: 2-4-1 Cocktails and $20 Burgers
Friday: Live music with a different band each week from 8pm with amazing drink specials; $8 bubbles, $10 Vodka or Jager Redbull and $10 Taptails all night! Saturday: Open from 5pm - Late
