Served with a beer and dijon mustard cream sauce,celeriac puree, caramelised onions, sauteed oyster mushrooms and white
anchovy salsa.

💥Market Fish Crudo

💥Wild Fallow Deer Tartare - Lightly smoked fallow deer pastrami with shallots, seeded mustard and capers.
